KASA architects has recently completed the renovation of the Oregon City Terrace apartments. The scope of construction involved improvements to 48 apartment units located in 10 separate two-story wood-framed apartment buildings. The apartments consisted of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.

Exterior improvements to the buildings included the replacement of siding, windows, exterior stairs, signage, and building-mounted lighting as well as reconfiguration of the attic ventilation. Interior improvements included replacement of bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, interior doors, stair railings, plumbing systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems. The leasing office and laundry room were remodeled, and the adjacent maintenance room was expanded and converted to a community room. A community courtyard, community garden and playground were constructed in front of the community room. Site work also included storm drainage improvements, and ADA improvements at the parking lots.
